  • Handling Time: 1 Business Day.
  • Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) on Friday, or during Saturday and Sunday, will be processed on the following Monday.

5 Carrier Partners and Tracking

How to track your order:

Once your package is handed over to the carrier, Bitartistry will send a shipping confirmation email to your provided email address. This email includes a Tracking Number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking data to update in the carrier's system.

6 Shipping Address Accuracy

It is vital that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Modifications: If you discover an error in your address, contact support@bitartistry.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to our facility at 2100 W 45th Ave, Apt B, Anchorage, AK 99517 due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping ($6.99).

7 Missing, Lost, or Damaged Items

Bitartistry takes full responsibility for your order until it is successfully delivered.

  • Damaged Items: If your t-shirt or sweater arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking status has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact our support team. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a free replacement or a full refund.

8 Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before it enters the handling phase. Since we have a fast 1-day handling time, we recommend contacting us via email within a few hours of purchase. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned following our Return Policy.
