1 Order Modification and Cancellation Policy
At Bitartistry, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Because our internal systems are designed to initiate the handling process within 1 business day, there is a limited window of time to make changes or cancel an order.
By placing an order on https://bitartistry.com/, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms regarding order modifications.
2 Cancellation Window
To maintain our fast shipping standards, we begin preparing your t-shirts, hoodies, dresses, and sweaters shortly after the order is placed.
- Cancellation Period: You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Process: Please email us immediately at support@bitartistry.com with the subject line "CANCELLATION: [Your Order Number]".
- After 12 Hours: If more than 12 hours have passed or if the order has already entered the "Processing" or "Shipped" status, we cannot cancel the order. In this case, you may return the item for a refund after it arrives, in accordance with our 60-day Return Policy.
3 Changing Your Order
If you need to change details of your order, such as the size of a dress or the color of a sweater, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Changes Allowed: We can modify items in your order (size/color) or update your shipping address only if the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse.
- How to Request: Email support@bitartistry.com with your order number and the specific changes you wish to make.
- Address Errors: Bitartistry is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is sent to the wrong location because of an incorrect entry, we may not be able to retrieve it.
4 Refunds for Cancellations
If your cancellation request is received and approved within the eligible window:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refund Timeline: As per our standard policy, please allow up to 12 days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing speed.
- Fees: There are no cancellation fees for orders cancelled within the allowed timeframe.
5 Refused Deliveries
If you decide to cancel your order by refusing delivery from the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx):
- The package will be returned to our facility at 2100 W 45th Ave, Apt B, Anchorage, AK 99517
- Your refund will be processed once the package is received and inspected.
- Please note that original shipping charges ($6.99) are non-refundable in the case of a refused delivery.
